Smoky Mountain Intergroup
We are the Smoky Mountain Intergroup of Overeaters Anonymous and serve individuals seeking help and recovery in East Tennessee and the surrounding area.
Are You A Compulsive Eater?
Many of us have found it useful to answer OA’s “15 Questions” Quiz to help determine if we have a problem with compulsive eating.
What Is OA?
Overeaters Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength and hope, are recovering from compulsive overeating.
Find-A-Meeting
OA meetings are gatherings of two or more compulsive eaters who come together to share their personal experience, strength, and hope OA has given them.
